We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or damage packages once our carrier confirms delivery of the shipment.
Domestic – Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and we offer the following services:
First Class Package (1 - 3 Business Days)Priority Mail (1 - 3 Business Days)Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
Orders placed with First Class Package and Priority Mail will be dispatched within 48 hours (pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization).
Orders placed with Priority Mail Express will be dispatched same day (pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization), if received by 12:00 PM EST. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on Fridays, weekends, and holidays will be processed the following business day.
International – International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL and shipping.
International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order.
Shipping costs $15 for non expedited orders.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchased products.
If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods

As agents on behalf of the third party suppliers (brands) selling on our marketplace, we will liaise with the brands on your behalf and advise thereafter on the most convenient and efficient course of action to follow.
Approved refunds will be made to the same method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that any bespoke or made-to-order items may not be returned.
